i will the best reasons were 30 days of annual leaves(which now is reduced to 21 days+6 sick leaves annually) otherwise no good a company

no good project , worst resource management group ,no good reward policies, reduction in Onsite opportunities, Very less onsite allowances, worst appraisal system and even worse and incompetent HRs,no bonuses ,2012 joined freshers are offered near about package then a person who has worked in TechM for last two years and after two appraisals(so bad policies) and the list continues
