El pago por hora no está tan mal en comparación con otros call centers.

Kontras

Es en Technoparque, para llegar e instalarse es un rollo al igual que para ir a break o lunch. Muchos filtros de seguridad. Solo hay un lunch de 45 minutos. No dejan ir al baño. No dicen de qué va exactamente la campaña a la que te meten. Pésimo trainning, llegas al día de tomar llamadas sin tener ni una mínima noción de qué hacer.

Pros

Depends on the project, I got one which was completely self sustained (no managerial politics in day to day work) and my India team and client were decent .

1. Low Salary, hardly any bonus or increments annually 2. Mismanaged HR and WFM (work force management) team they block employees from searching jobs till their skills which need to be approved each time by their manager match at least set number of skills in each internal job posting 3. Expect visa holders to find an internal job+ have the H1b transfer done in 2 weeks else they send you back to home country 4. Mandatory work from office 5. Forceful and rude managers with no compassion 6. Most resources are very low quality
