Good benefits and pension. Flexible work hours. Potential for commission pay for those who achieve high goals.

Kontras

Work is too multi dimentional. Expectations are for high sales goals, while maintaining super personal client and branch and other partner relationships. Compliance, and paperwork, while prospecting and meeting current clients' needs, and acquire new clients, who are also to be profitable, and satisfied. Conflict or loyalty - selling products to clients that are profitable to the firm, but not in the best interest of the client.
