Unorganized training, unbalanced workload within a team, extremely pushy cooperate culture. My senior manager came from a branch and the way she managed the team is to have a small group of people dealing with huge amount of tickets everyday during peak season, while sharing shopping experience or family anecdotes with another group which has much smaller workload. Ignoring the tardiness of the latter group while being extremely picky on the former one as they didn't spend enough time to buildup personal relationship with her.
