To much micro managing. Did you know I have eight team leaders. Progression in the company is NON EXISTENT as the bank will not even look at insurance employees. HR is useless for employees and is only for management. They change all the time more the one would change underwear with absolute nonsense. We have unrealistic report cards and I didn't know to be successful at my job I have to volunteer in the community. Silly. TLs are always in meetings and there are so many that DO NOT deserve their position. All the same butt kissers win the same awards every month. I have much much more to say but I will be here all day. Heed the warning!!!
