      Great banking and other benefits including starting vacation and personal time, flexible work choice, good people and a reputable national brand. Opportunities to relocate into different cities within Canada.

      Kontras

      Very difficult to move upward, lots of red tape, most corporate opportunities are in Montreal and needs French language skill. Low morale. Recent employee engagement initiative is not effective.
