-Lots of room for advancement -Great company -Lots of benefits

-CSRs are underpaid -Job has high sales pressure -Working for Shared Service Group sucks, they call you randomly throughout the week and send you to random branches. DO NOT work for shared services if you have the choice, stay with a branch -High pressure on low level CSRs
