All staff is friendly. You can reach goals easily at high traffic branches with walk in business.

Sales, sales, sales, and sales. Hit your target, meetings/coaching daily. Only way to advance in the company is through high sales, which can be done but becomes very repetitive and not at the clients best interest. Pay is low compared to other financial institutions
