-Virtual Retail management is a nightmare -all changes are meant to benefit the companies bottomline no matter how it affects the employees -management refuses to advocate for employees concerns -major pay cut in commission as job responsibilities doubled -management will place all blame on employees for uncontrollables that they refuse to fix -only opportunities to grow inside department is only sales, no other avenues -management makes it difficult to seek opportunities outside department by limiting employees seeking to participate in job fairs at company - management consistently cancels site meetings intended for feedback everytime a new change takes effect that ends up being a horrible decision
