Below the Manager level, T-Mobile encourages a work/life balance. There are plenty of opportunities for advancement within the company for people who are willing to work and excel. Communication is fair and open, and within most groups there is a minimal of political maneuvering.

There is a large amount of below-average leadership at various levels within the company, and a strong prevalence of cronyism.
