Pros

You meet great people. Pto is generous for being part time. Tuition reimbursement. You can move up quick if you suck up to the right people even if you have crappy numbers. Commission checks are always great.

Kontras

A lot of turnover. They document everything. You may think that your manager didn't mind something that you did wrong on accident but they notate it all. Lack of communication within the company including customer care. The pressure to oversell, they literally want you to shove a tablet down someone's throat. The higher ups tell you it's ok if you don't get features just get the activation but management is right behind you asking why nothing extra was added. Some management can't sell but they're on your back anyways.
