Pros
Great pay per hour if you have previous experience.. The commission is also very good if you know what you're talking about. You gain trust easily with customers if you can hold up a conversation and refer them to products instead of taking orders. Your monthly quotas are definitely hittable as well. Great environment between employees in my store.
Kontras
There may be times where the systems will go down or customer care not staying consistent on helping you out within customer problems. There really isn't too many problems to complain about.. just if i had to knit pick on issues.
