      Pros

      The benefits are great especially since they offer them to all employees whether they are part time or full time. For a Sales based job there is minimal stress which was my original reasoning for leaving AT&T.

      Kontras

      The pay used to be great but the commission compensation has changed and not for the better. Expect to only take home your hourly check plus half of whatever the base commission pay out is.
