Good pay and compensation, however; tmobile keeps changing the way our commission is paid out which is better for the company and worst for the employee. Lots of training on product and services

Tmobile continuously tells employees not to join a union. Changes commission compensation. Too many politics and favoritism. Eventhough you do your best and you don't meet quota, they think you are not doing enough to get the job done. Tmobile makes you wear too many hats. They want you to do too many things and dont give us enough hours or employees so managers can do their jobs.
