Often observed favoritism and cronyism by managers toward employees in terms of reviews, training and promotions. Often observed that employees receive promotions to management even though those employee do not have the education, skills or experience to manage. Example of workplace bullying is discussed behind closed doors by employees and smart, competent people are bullied to leave.
