Thank you for taking the time to review Sixt. We are glad that you enjoyed the commission structure offered to Supervisors. Now, with more opportunity to interact with customers, our Supervisors have a great earning potential offered to them. Due to this being a leadership role, we have high expectations for our supervisory team. Supervisors act as role models for our Rental Sales Agents and have the opportunity to train them and offer guidance. Above the Supervisors, Regional Sales Performance Managers and Branch Managers work closely to ensure that the team’s needs are met and recognition is provided.
