the work environment is fun and they know how to really bring employees together. also the fact that the headquarters is 24 hours for certain departments is a great option for people who may need flexibility. promotion from within is very common

there was a lot of favoritism. people who got promoted simply because someone in management liked them regardless of qualifications. there was also on the opposite end of that people who seemed to be unfirable no matter how terrible their work was. as a manager, my bonus depended heavily on my team but my director would not let me fire my worst employee who did not show improvement despite having several opportunities and plans in place.

It only takes one or two customer reviews to affect you negatively. Disproportionate to the number of customers you handle.
