Pros

Pay and commission was good. My coworkers were really helpful when I needed help. I got to test drive some really nice cars.

Kontras

Not enough training. The rental car software was not user friendly, it often crashed. Managers were so hard to track down. There was no designated employee parking and it was such a hassle finding street parking in that location.

We are pleased to know that you enjoy the commission structure and team oriented environment at your current branch! Unfortunately, this is a Franchise location and our corporate team does not handle training, etc. We apologize for the inconsistences that you are experiencing. We will be looking into this.

It only takes one or two customer reviews to affect you negatively. Disproportionate to the number of customers you handle.
