In regards to your concerns about pay, Sixt has a very competitive compensation package. We benchmark every year to make sure that we are staying competitive within the rental car industry. Also, it is common for managers to work 60 hour work weeks due to the responsibility they may have and the nature of the business. With that said, at Sixt we strive to provide a work life balance for all of our employees and extend an impressive benefits package, paid time off, and holiday pay to name a few perks.
