All of our Sixt branches are fast paced environments with high traffic since we are located in very populated downtown and airport locations. We encourage all of our employees to satisfy customers and upgrade whether it be to larger vehicle or adding on GPS, satellite radio, etc. Of course, within the rental car industry as a whole, there are times where we cannot provide a certain vehicle for a customer. In situations where we do not have a specific vehicle it is critical to use the sales tactics that are taught during the first week of basic training. Sixt takes every measure to prepare our employees for challenges that may arise. Finally, there is plenty of room for advancement at Sixt. You have the opportunity to move into supervisor, manager, or International Management Trainee role after proving yourself as a Rental Sales Agent, and this is just one example of a path to move up.
