friendly manager, colleagues There was a good onboarding before the crisis

Politics bureaucracy and a very old company with old values and mindsets in managers in Pullach No investment is into the tech department A lot of technical debt that never ends Many good people leave in both developers and managers Very low compensation compared with industry, bait and switch Sixt family are not good, fake We re asking algo and data structures questions in interviews except nobody uses any of it, most are code monkeys and now we skip coding challenges because sixt is desperate for developer so If you are not very good you should apply You will get fired if you want to be part of a legal betriebsrat or work council

It only takes one or two customer reviews to affect you negatively. Disproportionate to the number of customers you handle.
