Great benefits , paid training in Cali or Florida.

Kontras

Pay is horrible for the amount of hours you put in,everybody, even upper management does what they want to & expect people to follow rules it’s not structured at all.

We want to equip our employees with the abilities to succeed in their role. We have a performance based compensation plan and have quarterly surveys where we can address these issues and create plans of actions, as well as many other ways to deliver feedback to management. It only takes one or two customer reviews to affect you negatively. Disproportionate to the number of customers you handle.
