You definitely won't get bored and will learn a lot Excellent, collaborative, team mentality Recognition for talent with internal promotions, although overall growth opportunities can be limited once you hit a certain job level Bonus gets paid out quarterly Very fair employee review process Generous stock plan and stock increases

Adversity to innovate If someone doesn't agree with your idea, you will get buried with data exercises Extremely tight-fisted with budgets, including staffing Commute is bad, no commuter check benefits for train, shuttles, or ability to WFH (impacts work/life balance somewhat) Lack of clear product marketing strategy Senior Management often inserts itself into the weeds/minutia on day-to-day (micromanagement of implementational teams); too many cooks in the kitchen No 401K matching

Pros

I work with diverse and supportive people. Teams and leaders demonstrate the will to respond to worker needs with kindness and respect. On the operational level, teams are highly flexible and adapt quickly to changes when provided proper support. Work-life balance is high priority for the people I interact with.

Kontras

The company has difficulty holding on to talent in tech fields since a good chunk of the focus has to be allocated to art/design and production instead. CEOs come and go every few years, leading to instability. For some teams, the process remains overly complex and inefficient because of misalignments between leadership/engineering and ops team users. No formal humanist policy around AI & robotics yet.
