Constant sales ROE changes, multiple and disconnected tech stack and sales tools. Half assed product launches where sales is not in the loop whatsoever. Pressure to make 175 “dials” a week vs being strategic with accounts and hitting targets. It’s become a weird and disjointed sales culture. Would recommend starting your sales career elsewhere.
