      People are generally nice. Some teams are very fast paced, others are more chill so you can find a good fit if you look

      Decisions from high up can feel arbitrary/disconnected. A good amount of tedious process that comes with the territory of being a big company.

      - decent culture built around supporting entrepreneurship - availability of AI tooling - fully remote

      - low and non-competitive pay compared to other tech companies - backwards comp and impact system they think is "innovative" and unique, but it's really just a system to keep comp and titles capped
