- remote work - Flexible - I like the mission / merchants - I do like Toby Lutke, but he is a tech guy and since they hired a new head of revenue, it has all gone down hill

- management has gone downhill. We have been in a constant state of change for over 3 years. - Layoffs - Reduced our income by 20% which is illegal but they did it anyway. Made that part our 'bonus' - Then had group targets for 6 months, then moved to individual targets. Those targets are unattainable and they won't even share on how they come up with those targets and how we can meet them. - Senior leadership are a lying bunch of a holes, and the rest of the leadership team drinks the cool aid. - they don't care about their staff, you are just a number - It used to be that you could bring yourself to work and challenge how things are done and improve, but now, its either the management way or the highway. Which is really sad as the company was such a good company. - You are constantly gaslighted and made feel like a fool while the work load piles up and targets increase.
