great work life balance, very nice people, they look for people with good attitude when hiring. You can be smart but if you're a jerk, they won't hire you. Very strong systems and processes in place to eliminate simplify standardize automate (ESSA). This works well and avoids reinventing the wheel

As with all big companies, slightly bureaucratic. I worked in Australia so it wasn't that bad. HR is a less efficient department, also has some strange characters in there. I moved to a new business division in a new city. By the time I handed in my letter of resignation 6 months later to move to another company, the HR person had only contacted me about onboarding.
