Good learning opportunities for fresh out of schools. It is a great place to work at if you're white and you got connections, but don't think about working here if you're a person of color.

People are very racist, culture is rather poor, the work environment is toxic. There is no fairness. People get away with a lot of things because they have connections. The management is very incompetent.
