Shell was a great place to work however last few years have been extremely difficult for the staff; no clear strategy only focus on cost cut which is resulting into cuts at every level both good and bad cost. There is a feeling of headless chicken; poor morale; over emphasis on just story telling ; it has become a stage show and if u have the skills of on stage performance then this is the place to be! For delivery and growth unfortunately no place!
