Robotic environment. Please make Sharp human again. The score based process for employees make us feel like a object and not appreciated. Management seems to focus on numbers only and lose track of the employee. I agree performance is important. However when you feel invisible because you're a number not a person it brings down employees down in so many levels. All you hear is what you didn't do right in their score bored. Rarely what you did right.
