They are promoting people with little nursin experience into manager roles. I believe it is to have more control. It is becoming very profit oriented to the detriment of nurses as well as patients. They don’t have enough doctors. They say all the stuff they do is federal contracts but we aren’t paid a pension. They try to fire older nurses. They want younger and cheaper RNs.
