Good compensation, 401K match, and benefits in general.
Kontras
A complete lack of culture. Frequent re-orgs and re-structuring. Leadership beyond second level leadership is awful, you're just a cog (at best to them). The attitudes of leadership beginning with some directors on up is dismissive at best. Strategic vision and acumen in many business units is very low.
