Got an interview to work in Spar in Lisburn on the Belsize Road. Did not ask my any questions at all in the interview, it was just a quick 5 minute conversation. I asked about the training which I would receive during the interview. I was told I would receive four hours training on the till and four hours training on the floor. This was lies. I arrived for my first day of training and they put me on tills, no uniform provided, and left me all day alone. I was no aware or told how to do anything. I struggled with the lottery, scratch cards, energy and gas card, fuel, coal, you name it. Customers were left unsatisfied as I was unable to help them as I was not trained at all. Will not be returning. Not only disappointed but embarresed.
