Many talented and supportive peers who genuinely care about their work. - Potential for learning. If you are proactive, you can develop valuable skills and gain insights into the industry. - Good benefits package. Competitive salary and benefits, though they may not always compensate for the high workload.

      Kontras

      - Lack of inclusion for neurodiverse employees. The company is not mature in its ways of working with neurodiverse individuals. - Retaliation culture. Management tends to respond negatively to feedback or concerns raised by employees. - Unmanageable workloads. Employees are expected to handle excessive work with little to no support. - Poor work-life balance. Long hours and constant pressure make it difficult to maintain a healthy balance. - Toxic management culture. Favoritism and internal politics create an unfair and stressful work environment.

      The benefits are good so far just like any other company

      Terrible managers Employees are getting away with traveling without using PTO when they are on EDO because they are friends with managers. This raises concerns regarding fairness, policy compliance, and equitable treatment of employees. If the manager dont like you, Your life will be hell and they will find the stupidest mistakes to kick you out. Again, some people get away of not using their pto and they will travel and claim they are working while manager is okay with it. Bunch of hypocrites
