not collaborative spirit, lots of elbowing due to overlapping jobs and people worried about losing job, which happens every 2 years. I call it merry-go-round People scared of being fingerpointed so they point fingers at others alot. People are scared to share knowledge for fear that their jobs will be made redundant. Lots of unnecessary competition among sites. Bunch of hypocritical mottos that people don't live by Hard to get a new job because they can get anyone from anywhere and there's no need or urge to develop people internally.
