Pros

I love the culture , the training and the encouragement. The opportunity to grow is huge. The support and attention to detail is impeccable. I think it depends what property you’re at because I’ve heard of stories at some properties that are not good. But I highly recommend the company.

Great benefits for retirement, and hotel discounts.

Kontras

The GM creates a toxic work environment. HR didn’t respond to emails, and couldn’t handle the workload. The accountants think they’re the best thing since sliced bread and only ever send nasty emails to other staff members. Favoritism is frequently, and blatantly displayed.
