RMS has many smart people who genuinely try to get things done. The benefit package is adequate and the compensation is fair for some parts of the company. The lower down in the organization you go, the more the people try to work as a team and help each other.
Kontras
Senior management is often clueless when it comes to the pulse of the company. Turnover is in the double digits, which creates a constant revolving door. The consistent churn creates a nightmare for the people left as they try to keep work moving as well as train an endless parade of new employees. Sr. Management in the business as well as HR will always side with management and can not be trusted.
