Pros
Working on a never before seen data set (the largest cross-merchant purchase graph) and lots of autonomy in helping shape which problems to work on. The founding team is quite experienced (they've started companies before that have been very successful). The company is so small that everyone has the opportunity to make a big impact on the business. Engineering works closely with business and product.
If you want to get the full picture of what it takes to build a successful business and make a HUGE impact, this is the place to be. If you just want to be a small cog in a big machine, this is not the place to be.
