Pros

The enviroment in this company is very good. It is certain that we work a lot, but indeed we love what we do, it is a matter of passion. The people in this company are definetly very passionated. In the company, you can breaf an air of mind diversity, what also enrich the company results and performance. Here, you can be sure that your career is going to be tracking, what means that the managemente wont let you alone fighting to grow, they help you. If you are excited about challenge, this is the place for you, we move in an bit very fast, you have to think fast. The good part of all of this, is that the values and principles are very important for P&G people.

Kontras

The bad side, is that in many times it´s no easy to balance your personal life with your work. The passion for what we do, make us many times to focus just in the job, goals, challenge... It can be very obcesive. By the other hand, no all the countries have many oportunities to develop your career wherever you are located, what means, that in some cases you hace to move if you want to grow, and the headquarters are almost always in the capital. That is no simple when you are looking for estability and for establish your family, and it can cause some issues with the other people that play a roll in your life, separately from your work life.

Pros

training in in depth, training on job, basic star interview questions good company, stable benefits are somewhat cheap

Kontras

training can be a lot, you have about 1-2hr presentations biweekly where you get tested on different aspects of the plant, like steam system, water system, utilities etc, training can last up to 6 months paid once a month, irregular times on call, may have to work weekends depending on machines work long shifts, sometimes up to 16 hours depending on how machines run, expected to be at work by 6am for safety meetings, 5am sometimes depending on the site you work at, expected to stay if machines run poorly can be demanding- most entry level managers are fresh out of college and expected to train and manage individuals who have worked at the company for decades not very easy to change departments, takes a couple of years no matching 401k, they have their own profit sharing thing, if you quit before 3-4 years at the company, you lose the money
