Key product works great and the company will continue to do well. We are able to execute really well. India development center works great and is a huge benefit for the company. Company has the right culture to constantly improve each organization. Bad executives get weeded out over time.
Kontras
Way too political and often to the detriment of the company. Bad behavior is tolerated, HR needs to take a stronger stance. Leadership is often way too conservative and risk averse. Promotion style for senior positions need to be revisited.
