The commitment by the company on some benefits. Here are the pros: 1. The lack of a dress code, a big plus. Just wear clothes. 2. Telecommuting - work at home, big plus as well 3. Employee gym 4. Employee cafeteria 5. Nice people and management 6. Their ethics program
Kontras
One big, big, big downside. The rigid schedule of 8:30 to 5:30 is very family unfriendly. At one time, they had flex time arrangements but took it away a few years back. Another is the lack of pay increases and bonuses.
