work is varied and challenging....normally leaving Oracle and coming back does help to gain promotion and salary increase...but because the staffing cost so much....support tends to be offshore to save costs...
Kontras
Little or no training for engineers....causes customer frustration, employee frustration and leads to unnecessary escalations. Oracle would hire more escalation managers, than fix the root cause of employee training.
