Leadership is lacking from CEOs on down. No communication. No All Hands meetings. Silence. No pay increases, promotions if they happen may not include pay raise, rolling layoffs looming all the time, multiple reorganizations, changing priorities every 3 months, wasted time, wasted resources...it's a mess.
