Pros

Exceptionally smart and talented people in a hard-driving environment. Very high tempo and prestige-less environment. World-class engineering and marketing people. Very straigh and no-nonsense culture. Good compensation. Very high strategic agility - the whole company can turn on a dime after a new insigh by senior management.

Kontras

Poor work-life balance because of a too-thin organization and a global organization. The very flat organizational structure of the marketing and sales organization makes progress exceedingly rare and difficult. Internal promotions to General Manager level positions practically never happen. If you can't take agressive and hard-driving people this is not a company for you.
