Flexible hours was about the one good thing with this job. Not that it was a huge advantage for me as I lived within walking distance of the office, but it's nice for people who have to commute.

Salary was the worst I had in 15 years, even with 15 more years' experience in the field. Very soon after joining I was assigned a task which a lot of other people would refer to as a "death march" which was both important to the business and lacking any kind of formal requirements, so you can imagine how well that worked out.
