Pros
decent benefits package (401k match and retirement account contribution). Work life balance is fairly flexible on my team, with work from home days (have 3 days in office/2 days home). CEO is personable and believable.
Kontras
pay is very stingy. Promotions internally are buddy with manager, very cliquey. They tout Innovation but are very “fuddy” and averse to risk. Internal mobility is difficult, few good positions. I feel ‘stuck’ and may have to leave for change.
