False promotion of caring about the people. Very few people with talent. People have been at the company for so long without constructive feedback so there is a lot of complacency. The way people communicate is shocking. Rude, shouting, and no one seems to blink an eye. Very disorganized in operations, roles and responsibilities, etc. Execs tell a great story but reality is those below are not following through with what they’re selling. Obvious power struggle among senior leaders. Really negative atmosphere.
