Okay work life balance, not a lot of overtime required. Nice coworkers, depending on department. Low stress.

Terrible pay. Not financially compensated for the amount of work. The managers are also very guilty of giving more work and projects under the guise of “career development” but you are just doing more work for no more pay. The technology is often slow or out of date. Not a lot of recognition for achievements. Very little opportunity or support for any real growth or promotion.
