Poor work/life balance. Very cynical office environment. Reorganizations are rarely announced...people just disappear. Multiple townhalls throughout the year to provide "transparency" but tend to be management exercises in ticking boxes. Internal jobs posting system is poor, with positions already filled before going on the system. Networking is better.
