NJ culture seeping into NC. Claiming the moved here for the culture, but actually just came in order to pay lower salaries. Just got jeans Friday though that is a given in Charlotte. Non competitive salary. Even if you are in a position that could be done from anywhere, 'face time' and rush hour traffic are valued by the Jersey transplants.
